Solaris was created from a spin-out of Equinox Gold in 2018, inheriting a portfolio of copper assets with world-class potential.

With over 4.3 billion tonnes of defined resource, key short-term de-risking milestones ahead and fully funded to a construction decision through a US$200 million non-dilutive financing from Royal Gold, Warintza stands as one of the most compelling copper development assets anywhere in the world.

Led by an experienced Latin American focused Leadership team and backed by a Chairman with a track record of value creation, Solaris is committed to responsible development. At Warintza, this includes a participatory mining model for decision making, oversight and benefit sharing, established through an Impact & Benefits Agreement (IBA) with local Shuar communities, first signed in 2020 and later updated to reflect project growth.
